Twice now I've held off on approving submissions made on behalf of other artists where said artists did not receive credit in the descriptions. In each case, the artist's name was known by the submitter, but rather than make a simple change: art by <name here>, the submitter allowed the submission to expire without making a simple update.
We're not an exclusive group, but clearly this group is for and by artisans producing handmade metal tools, jewelry, armor, blades, furniture, etc. I don't think it's too much to ask for credit to be given where it's due.
tl;dr - if you submit something you didn't make, make sure artist name is in description.
